Margaret Rollmann joined the staff of Pilgrim Park Apartment in 1994 as the Assistant Property Manager. Under the general supervision of the property manager she assists in the overall operation of the property, day to day implementation of policies, procedures and programs that ensure a well-managed, well maintained property.
Margie helps maintain acceptable occupancy levels and develops a supportive environment for all residents; interacts with and oversees vendors and establishes effective working relationships with onsite support service staff.
Her extensive administrative and planning skills helps maintain programs that are beneficial to the residents and the Board of Directors of Pilgrim Park and also demonstrate her commitment to the families and children.
Margie grew up in San Francisco, where she worked for BPS Reprographics for nine years before joining Pilgrim Park Apartments. She has an extensive knowledge of the Bay Area which she shares with the residents affording them opportunities to participate in cultural events, free programs and scholastic opportunities for children.
She is an active volunteer at the Bay Area Rescue Mission in Richmond with her family, where she coordinates a children’s program. She is also active in her community church where she shares many opportunities for neighborhood children to participate in neighborhood programs and recreation.

Francisco Galindo joined the staff of Pilgrim Park Apartments as a Maintenance Technician in August 2009. Francisco has previously worked in the construction field since 1997 where he did general carpentry, repair, reconstruction, painting, basic plumbing and electricity, he also supervised crews and was lead on most jobs.
Although Francisco was not familiar with subsidized housing or property management, he has excelled in integrating into the community over the past six years and has become very knowledgeable with the day to day maintenance and physical operations of the property management.
He provides a wide variety of maintenance and janitorial duties which includes preventative, emergency and cosmetic maintenance. His extensive knowledge of building systems, construction and maintenance assures that Pilgrim Park meets quality industry standards.
Francisco has a kind nature, works well with the resident and vendors. He is bi-lingual in Spanish and English, volunteers for community and resident enrichment programs without hesitation and is an important member our management team.
