Eric Caindec has been with the Pilgrim Park Board since 2009. He lives in San Rafael with his wife Cara, and they have two sons. Eric is a Certified Financial Planner, and has been a financial advisor since 1996. He is currently a wealth management advisor with Merrill Lynch. Eric enjoys outdoor activities such as camping and fishing, and has also enjoyed coaching and watching his kids participate in youth athletics. The Caindec Family have been members of First Congregational Church since 2003.

A career real estate executive with more than 45 years experience in the field of government-regulated multifamily housing. Between 1968-1983 Mr. Harrison was employed by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in a variety of positions including Director of Housing Management. He worked as an executive in two large asset/property management firms specializing in affordable housing. Knowledgeable in almost every aspect of low-income housing; whether it is public, private, for profit or nonprofit, insured or subsidized. Bill formed his own firm and managed it for 13 years before retiring. He was the recipient of the Pamela Stroud Memorial Award for his career achievements presented by the Association of Housing Management Agents (AHMA) before he retired in 2012. He has served on the Pilgrim Park Board of Directors for 5 years, has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of San Francisco and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Golden Gate University. He is married and lives in San Rafael with his wife.

David Knopf is currently the Moderator of First Congregational Church of San Rafael. He is now retired after 32 years as a social worker at UCSF Medical Center where he also served as Assistant Clinical Professor of Pediatrics in the Adolescent Medicine Program. He is currently also volunteering as a researcher for Children Now, a children’s advocacy organization and has been assisting in the Canal Alliance ESL program.

In retirement she is a tutor of young children, a volunteer at the Novato Library, has experience as a Corp Volunteer. She is an active member of the First Congregational Church of San Rafael and works with the United Church of Christ Conference.
